Not happy with what arrived? WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement — no forms, no questions.

If the same item is out of stock, pick anything of equal value or take a refund to the original payment method (COD → UPI).

Small parts, tapes and pens are tested before packing; if a zip fails or a pen dries out in the first week, that's on us.
